This piece was painted around the time the song “The Blessing” came out. I probably listened to that song a million times by now. This is one of the first pieces where I felt like my unique artistic voice was beginning to shine through-its a special one for me.
Numbers 6:24-26 “The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face to shine upon you and be gracious to you; the Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.”
